Welcome to Pavan Guru Yoga Space Jasvinder creates a warm and inviting yoga space in her classes, where students can learn to relax and renew with ease and comfort.

Kundalini yoga uses sets of yogic postures and movements (asana) with meditative focus, breath work (pranayama), and chanting (mantra). In addition to strengthening the health and well-being of the physical body, it is very useful for emotional balance, mental clarity, stress relief, and personal transformation. In addition it's a great complement to other yoga practices.
