 Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Classes with Jasvinder (Jennifer)

Classes focus on cleansing the body, balancing the immune system, strengthening the nervous system, shaking out old habits and setting a strong foundation so we can bloom with health and vitality. By freeing stress & relaxing the mind and body we can unite with our inner self, the source of deep healing!
Kundalini Yoga uses sets of yogic postures and movements (asana) with meditative focus, breath work (pranayama), and chanting (mantra). In addition to strengthening the health and well-being of the physical body, it is very useful for emotional balance, mental clarity, stress relief, and personal transformation. In addition it's a great complement to other yoga practices.
